Here are some addons I have had fun making and a few clarifications and rules tweaks relevant for "serious" Risus games I wrote to myself while trying to understand some of the gold that is poured on the very recommendable Risus Mailing List (and now also on the likewise recommendable RisusTalk Mailing List).

"Risus the anything RPG" is a free RPG Lite by S. John Ross that puts fun and roleplaying over rules and table lookups.

Serious Risus

Serious Risus is my addon for tweaking Risus into less ha-ha and more bang-bang and how I prefer to play Risus in "serious" settings. Although Risus in it's original form is focused on humorous setttings, and make no mistake: I love the wacky nature of original Risus, it can easily be used for serious settings with a few tweaks.

Risus Skirmish

Risus Skirmish is my simple tactical miniatures combat addon for fighting out battles in Risus games where more emphasis on ranged fire and tactical combat is wanted. The original Risus combat rules are great for fast resolution of combat. Risus Skirmish adds tactical maneuvering to the feast.

Hedgerow Hell 2.0

Hedgerow Hell 2.0 is an infantry war addon for Risus. It focuses on the same subjects as Risus Skirmish such as morale, pinning and ranged fire but stays within RPG confines.

Note: Version 2.0 is not polished yet. It is still a work in progress.

Hedgerow Hell 1.0

Hedgerow Hell 1.0 was my first attempt on a infantry war setting for a RPG. It is mostly here for archeological reasons. It is too bloated to be a true Risus addon. Vers. 2.0 is more recommendable and more in line with Risus simplicity.
